About Our Founder

Dr. Tanisha Tate Woodson has designed, implemented, and managed large-scale, collaborative projects in behavioral health, equitable education, family engagement, college readiness, child welfare, and youth development for more than two decades. She is passionate about using culturally responsive, equitable evaluation methods to address structural inequities across race, class, and gender.
